Cat Vomit Question

My cat is kind of old (she's 11) and this week she has been very abnormal. She didn't come home for 24 hours and we luckly found her in the woods. We've been keeping her on house arrest (she's an indoor/outdoor cat). And she always want to go outside so today we set up barriers at the stairs on our porch and she jumped off the porch to get out! After I went and got her, she seemed ok (in terms of bones), still moving slowly and not moving too much. But later on, she started vomiting greenish/grayish vomit. Any suggestions?

My first thought,with it being that color,would be that she may have gotten into some rat poison and I'd be rushing her to the vet! I sure hope it isn't that!!

I would go to the vet, now. That doesn't sound good...and 11 is not old.
