Just wanted to request some vibes/prayers for a very sad situation involving about 60 local cats. A lot of local rescue folks that I know have stepped to assist, but many of the cats are still in urgent need of help.
Whatever vibes/prayers you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your vibes and prayers, everyone. This truly is a sad situation that didn't need to happen. I haven't had any updates, but will let you know when I do. I do know the groups/individuals involved are determined and compassionate people who are doing everything they can to save and care for the cats. Please keep them and the cats in your prayers.

I talked to the lady today, the deadline is extended until Friday. anybody that can spare a few dollars can send it to them. If you click on the Pet Alliance link in the above poster's address, you will find the address. Make sure you put "foreclosure pets" on your check. DON"T use the paypal link, they said it's not working right.

The eye infections are from feline herpes, and just looks so painful doesn't it? Poor little things, makes your heart sick don't it?

Thanks for posting the update. I didn't have time to check back until last night. The website has now been updated too with the rescuers' continued efforts to save these cats.

Many thanks to all of you for your prayers and support.

Just wanted to let everyone know that with the exception of a few ferals that still need to be trapped, the rest of the "foreclosure" cats are now safe. Great news! Thanks to all for your prayers and support. This is such a wonderful example of how many lives can be saved when rescue groups pull together. I'm so proud of the folks involved.

More information on the situation, as well as updated photos, are available on the website:

Thanks again!
