Missy's kittens - 1 week old - pics and updates.

Missy's kittens turned 1 week old yesterday. They all had at least one eye open as of last night, I haven't inspected them closely yet today, just weighed them quickly.

Lilly - 1st born - 170 grams



Jasmine - 2nd born - 170 grams

OMG! You have even MORE kittens - obviously, (or maybe not) you are fostering? These little ones are just as sweet as your other batch !

Well, Sasha's litter was an accident. She was my former feral, and the vet told me she was spayed. One day a door got left open, she got out, and being semi-feral, it took several days to catch her again. A couple weeks after she came in, she just wasn't acting "right" so I took her to a different vet, who confirmed her pregnancy. A couple weeks after that, Missy showed up at our farm, probably a drop-off and she was already about 5 weeks along.
And two of Sasha's kittens (the orange ones), came to us at 4 days old after their mother had died.
We may be crazy, but we just found out about another pregnant momma cat and are considering fostering her as well.

That is great that you are fostering! Maybe there is a sign down the road that says "pregnant cats go this way!"
