Can they have too much kitty grass?

I ask because I was lucky enough to get a lush bunch of organic wheat grass at the farmer's market and Bella has been chomping away at it since Saturday

Now she doesn't like to be brushed, won't eat malt (so no petromalt) and she's shedding like crazy, so I'm inclined to think she's trying to move things along
She's actually not vomited very much lately (she eats too fast and tends to deposit a pile of food on the floor every couple of weeks) and some of the grass seems to be landing in the litterbox.

I just want to know if I should be putting the brakes on this

I keep it in my house ALWAYS. They nibble when they want to. In the beginning, when I first started getting it, they ate much more. I think it was the novelty.

They won't eat more of it than they can handle - if they do, they will

I wouldn't worry about it.

I just planted some kitty grass (oat, I think) last week for my kitties. The instructions said at first, to only leave it down for about 2-3 minutes so they don't over eat and then throw it up. Gradually you'll be able to leave it down for them longer. I put it out for my kitties today. One was ecstatic with it and loved it. The other one just pulled it out by the root and didn't eat it!

Thanks. She seems to be self-regulating. A few bites here and there. Stan has no interest in it other than playing with the pieces that fall on the floor

Tomas does this too! Now only if he could weed the garden.

I think they can over indulge a bit. Luckily... or maybe unluckily, it will just mean a mess on the floor/bed/furniture/most inconvenient place your cat can find.
