I am so happy. We convince my FIL not to put his cats down. I posted early about how after my MIL died he wanted to get rid of the cats (put down rid, not give away rid). I am glad to say that both cats are alive and well. My MIL's little girl Muffin has a new home with his granddaughter. She was able to take Muffin when she moved away from home to live with her boyfriend. The little AIDs boy Rascal, my FIL has decided to keep as long as Rascal's health lets him. Rascal has always been his boy and he has decided that Rascal eases some of his loneliness.
I am so relieved. He would have regretted putting the cats down.
