Question about locations

Is there a way for me to see who lives in NY ? Is there a search or
a place to look ? I'm curious to see how many TCS members live
on long island or close.

or is the only way to find out by starting a thread or renaming this
thread to WHO LIVES ON LONG ISLAND ?

I don't think there's a way to search by location... and a lot of members put something funny in the "location" box in their profiles, so you can't always tell who's where. Maybe you should start a thread suggesting that we abandon that practice! Even those who want to be cautious would surely feel safe giving their state or region...

You know where I live! I think critter_crazy lives in New york and maybe a couple others.

well.... i don't know that i want to suggest to anyone to abandon the
practice of putting whatever they want in the location spot.

i just thought for those who do put a location, like you did, if there was
a place to put in NEW YORK or TEXAS or whatever state to see what
members would come up from those who did choose to put their location
in their profile.... but i guess not.

so i will just change the name of this thread to WHO LIVES ON OR NEAR
LONG ISLAND....and will wait to see what happens ?
