Uh.... I think we need a bigger box!

The girls have their cages stacked on top of each other, I let them out every couple of hours so they can get away from their babies for a little while.. they always go back if the babies start crying. I just opened their cages and decided to take a few pictures of the little ones. I brought the camera back to the computer to get the pictures off of it and happened to look behind me. This is what I found....





Both are great moms and don't seem to understand that they're not really supposed to share!

aww bless them. i cant see it being a problem as long as both mums have been checked over and given a clean bill of health , all should be fine.

Yeah I guess you do need a bigger box! LOL... If that's the way they want to have it, I guess I would let them have it that way Thanks for sharing the pics!

That is just WAY too sweet. How wonderful that they are sharing and cuddling together! What good little mommies!

They do... they'll clean and nurse any kitten, no matter who the "real" mommy is.

i cant see it being a problem as long as both mums have been checked over and given a clean bill of health , all should be fine.

Everyone does have a clean bill of health. Working on finding them a larger box so that they can continue sharing... they won't have it any other way now!

that's really adorable. it's great that they're so comfortable with each other that they'll co-mingle their litters.

Actually, it doesn't seem to matter to them. Food is all the same to the babies I guess.

I had Cally and Alex in the same room and they did the same they fed eachothers babies,I have some photos somewhere ill find them and post them.

Too.. Cute It's actually the same thing with Middie and Kandy and even lulu when she feels like it.. i have a big box where i put them together.. and Kandy goes in and so does Middie and they feed together.. and sometimes lulu lies on Kandy giving milk too.. oddly enough... But i separated them all because some of the kitties have some bad scratches on their head from scratching each other for milk .. Anyhow your girls are gorgeous, thanx for sharing!

That is so cute! I've had pregnant mothers share before. Once, I had 3 mommas for 3 litters. They all took turns.

They got their bigger box today! lol. It's a giant cardboard box with lots of styrofoam on the bottom for insulation and a bunch of big blankets... there's a nice hole for the mommas to go into. I'll try to get pictures tomorrow... they're very happy with their new box!
