Today is a very special day in our home

one that almost didn't happen.
Today Seth turns 7 years old.Offically at 9:22 pm this evening.I stop and think about what almost happened, and it is more than I can bear.I will forever live with this fear that it *can* happen again.

Having almost lost my only child to an attempted murder several years ago, I can *almost* relate to how you are feeling. My daughter celebrates her 23rd birthday tomorrow, and I get to see her and hug her and gift her instead of visiting a grave site.

I am EXTREMELY happy that Seth made it through his ordeal and that you have the joy of celebrating his 7th birthday together with your family!!!

I hope that Seth has as much fun as he is able to, and that he continues to heal and get better, and I send MANY vibes that this NEVER happen again.

And a very happy Mother's Day to you on Sunday as well!!!
