Well when i was putting clothes to wash in my laundry room (thats where the litter box is) anyhow.. Mandy my oldest cat of the bunch, was urinating, and i noticed that it was really acidic.. I never watched my cats pee or anything but i wanted to know if this is normal if it is supposed to be acidic like that... He was recently in a cat or dog fight where he came home with a puncture wound.. the wound healed.. but he also came home with a cut above his left eye it's healing now.. but it seems to be brusing.. it a bit black/purple around the eye.. it's all scabbing and there is no infection but i am a little worried. i want to know if this all normal..
thank you

Yes, The normal pH for cat urine is 6.0-6.4, which is in the acidic range. The acidic urine prevents the creation of struvite crystals which can block the urethra and prevent a cat from peeing. That would be a medical emergency. So, if you think Mandy's urine is acidic he's normal.
