banner ads hide menus?

I've noticed that sometimes when there's a banner ad directly below the menu bar, and I try to use one of the drop-down menus (e.g. "Search") the menu drops down behind the banner ad so that I can't see it or use it. This only happens sometimes, so it must be related to the particular banner. I was wondering, is this intentional, or is it some kind of glitch? Thanks....

It's a glitch . If you can remember which banner ad it was, report it to a moderator. It happens from time to time.

oh i didnt know you can report it? i just go on to a different screen and carry on lol

I was doing that, too, but then I saw that someone else had posted about it and the site wanted to know which ones were doing it...
