Sorry there's a few coming up!! Maisie's gorgeous new British Shorthair babies!!

Maisie's black kitten. It kind of looks dark choclate though in some lights and the pinky nose and pads threw me. Its my first litter of kittens so maybe they will change? Apparently with that mating it is not possible it is in fact a chocolate which I wondered.

the biggest kitten, red tabby

the proud mummy with her babies!

suckling babies!!

The tortie less than 18 hours old so being hand-fed (excuse the hideous purple pjs!!!!)

I will try get some photos of the blues and blue-cream soon!

Awwww look at those newborn little sweeties

Feeding that last little tortie, you need to turn her over to feed her, not with her resting on her back, but on her belly, so you will not get any liquid in her lungs.

Awwww they're so adorable!!!!!!!!! Make sure you give us heaps of updates!

I was going to say the same as Pami
Basically they need to be in the same position as if they were feeding from mum

How sweet. I have to add that I'm always amazed that something so fragile & helpless grows up to be something so regal and majestic.

Yeah that makes sense thanks, I'll remember that for future. Its so hard when they are so wriggly, that was the only way i could get her to feed. Anyway she is back with mum now so fingers crossed i won't need to do any more feeds. I hope so anyway!!

Oh beautiful babies! Was this her first litter? I love the sleeping/suckling baby pictures!

Softly sleep, softly dream, mother is nigh
Sleep tightly and dream to my purr lullaby.
