Oh, thanks for the correction. I am a big fan of both of those breeds, as well. OK, I admit it, I am a fan of many many many breeds and even mix breeds.

Very interesting looking cats
I am glad to see the difference in the hairless breeds.

Abymummy is right - I only owned cornish rex and now an ocicat
Sphynx are not my cup of tea - I like petting fur on a cat. The only thing I like about the sphynx is the fact they do have a "rex" personality.

Believe me, I completely understand. I love the furry ones, as well. Most people cringe when they think of a hairless cat, but fall in love when they pet one. It is like having a little human baby.

It is so odd. I can get some pictures to the right size, but not others. I am sure I am doing something wrong. OR could I blame it on the computer???

Here is one of ReRe that I got to the right size.

If she had normal fur, she would look like a dutch belted rabbit
with the white band around the middle of her body.

She was in the middle of playing when I took that pic. She fetches like a Golden Retreiver. That is how she looks when she is waiting for me to throw it again (ready to spring into action). You have to hide the toy eventually. She won't stop and keeps putting it right into your hand.

I've never seen a Peterbald! I like them... less wrinkles.
She looks huge... is she really that big?

She is very tall - taller than most Peterbalds. I like the length on her, so I worked very hard on that line to keep that. She is my tallest one, though. I call her "runway model" for her long legs.

I never realized that the Peterbald was a completely different breed than the Sphynx! ReRe is gorgeous!

Thank you so much. I am very proud of her.

Yes, the two breeds are not even related. Many people don't know that.

I finally took a lot of pictures this last weekend. I have 3 young litters on the ground, plus one more that is 11 weeks old. On the 11 week old group, I only have one more for placement that is ready.
Some of these are taken and some aren't, but I just wanted to show the pictures.
This is Sassy's litter. They are 4 and a half weeks old now. This is a Peterbald litter, but has some straight coats (a straight coat is a coat just like an Oriental Shorthair coat).

This is ReRe's litter - another Peterbald litter. They are only 4 days old.

This is Drucilla's litter. They are 4 weeks old. These kittens are Brambles - not Peterbalds, although, one is hairless.

This is the most kittens I have ever had at one time. I don't run a large scale cattery. It has been ABOSOLUTELY wonderful to have this many at one time, though. Aside from being a lot of work, you can't look at them without smiling.
