Babies are here!!

I checked on Missy and two seconds later checked her again and there was a baby! She's had two already... since 10:36. I'll keep everyone updated!

#1 is all black. #2 appears to be a Tortie but I'm not positive yet. And momma isn't done... we're waiting on #3 now!

Pictures will be up tomorrow morning! Still at 3 but I know she's not done... I think she's got one or two more at least. I hope she's done soon so I can go to sleep! lol.

Now that they're dry I can see that so far we've got a black, a grey possibly Tortie, and a grey tabby... it's hard to tell when they're wet! I think they're all females so far but I'll confirm that later. Still waiting on #4....

wow ! it all happens when I'm sleeping on the other side of the world

Pictures!!!! She was done at 4. They are all happy and healthy babies.

Introducing....


Kitten 1: born 10:36 p.m. - weighing 3.2 ounces/90 grams - Female - all black





Kitten 2: born 10:39 p.m. - weighing 3.4 ounces/100 grams - Female - grey Tabby with some orange, thought she was a Tortie till she dried off! Mostly identical to momma cat





Kitten 3: born 11:44 p.m. - weighing 3.2 ounces/90 grams - Female - grey Tabby





Kitten 4: born 12:43 a.m. - weighing 3.3 ounces/90 grams - Female - grey Tabby with an orange dot on her head

aww, well they certainly do all look very healthy - I know its early days but whats your plans for them

My two oldest kittens are starting to show their personalities a little now that their eyes are open. I told John that in about a month, we're going to have 12 kittens (including 3 month old Spike) running around playing and getting into things, LOL!

They do! They really look a lot like mom. Luckily they've all got a few distinguishing features so I can tell them apart... the marker trick wouldn't have worked, the insides of their ears are black!
