I'm new here and am owned by a houseful of curly coated Cornish Rex cats, some of whom I show. I used to breed them, and at some point, I hope to begin breeding them again. I am owned by six adult Rex and one kitten who is rapidly growing into a cat (sigh...). Their names are Stellaluna, Lightning, Thunderbolt, Tornado, Typhoon, Hurricane, & Phantom. Apart from Stellaluna, they are named for fighter planes, since my husband's hobby is military history. Stella was named after the children's book about a bat who is raised by birds. She looks nothing like a bat, but I didn't choose her name, so I can't explain the rationale. I have 2 daughters, 8 & 9. Whenever the cats do something really terrible, the 8 year old says that they are just like her older sister.
