Microsoft word or photoshope elements?

I do remembering making it with word before but I can't remember how


If any one knows any way of how to do this that would be GREAT my computer came with everything except for publisher
!!!

It is a long time since I did it, but you can do it in word. If I remember
correctly the difficult bit was getting the pics. and blocks of text to go where you want them and you get round it by making a table and putting them in that way. Good Luck

I produced an internal newsletter with headlines, logo, text, pix and ads using Word. It was hard, but as said, I used a table, and by dividing and combining cells, I was able to do whatever I wanted.
