About 12 months ago we adopted two cats from the Blue Cross - brother and sister pair - around about 12 months old when we got them.

They are both moggies - Naldo is a BIG long haired ginger boy, and Pooly is a little short haired tabby girl.

The boy, Naldo, is much bigger has become a bit of a bully with his sister, and regularly chases her around.

We just thought this was a bit of brotherly-sisterly play fighting - but recently he has become much more rough - and this weekend they had a full blown fight - which I had to seperate them.

Think he has been having a bit of a rough time with the other cats in the area.

Is there anything I can do to make them get along better?

Thanks

I'm assuming they are both neutered/spayed. If not, that's your biggest problem (among others such as inbreeding).

Have they both been checked out physically for any medical problems recently. Sometimes when one cat is sick (even if they don't show symptoms) the other can sense it and kinda "picks" on them.

Interesting idea - but she seems a healthly little cat?

Any other ideas

I'd have her checked by a vet as well. Cats are great at hiding pain and she may have a problem which causes her to smell differently and that's why he is acting that way toward her. Just because a cat "seems" healthy doesn't necessarily make it so.

It sounds like maybe they are indoor/outdoor cats?

Just guessing here that she may be playing with other outdoor cats (possibly un-neutered males) and the smell on her from them may be aggrevating the situation.
