Hey everyone,
I know I've been a bit absent from this forum, but it's been very difficult to keep up with everything between finishing up my last semester at college, getting everything ready for graduation, job hunting, and everything in between! I'll be on much more frequently when all this craziness is over!
I'm writing because I need major vibes this Thursday for my girl, Abby. She's the one who has been having all kinds of irritable bowel issues for a few years. She lost a dramatic amount of weight all of a sudden, for no reason, and all of her bloodwork came back completely normal. So she's going in on Thursday to have exploratory surgery in order to make sure that there's nothing else going on inside of her that we can't otherwise see. (IE: A blockage, tumor, cancer, etc.) I'm so worried and nervous for my poor baby! I mean, it'll be nice to finally have a definite answer as to whether or not she really is ok, because it's all just been speculation up until this point. But at the same time, it's pretty nerve-wracking. And I absolutely hate leaving her there. I love my vet and everyone who works there, and I know they'll take excellent care of her, but I still hate having to leave her. She'll be there overnight and, if all goes as expected, she should be coming back home on Friday.
So, major vibes needed!!! Thank you and I will let you all know how it turns out.
