What did you do today

I brought Roundup and sprayed lots of Dandelions and Buckthorn. I hate invastives.

My natives are looking great though.

Walked Bindi around outside and brought more Innova EVO for him and Tom.

I woke up at 6am, fed my foster kittens and the rest of my animals and cleaned and brushed them all, got ready for work, went to work from 7-4:30ish then came home. When i got home i got on TCS for a little bit and took care of my animals. I took Kojak and let him socialize with the girls a little bit and did the same with the dogs trying to slowly introduce them to one another. Fed my foster kittens again. Then i took a shower and cooked dinner (home made spaghetti ) Colin came home on his break and ate dinner with me so that was nice After dinner i spent a little time with my girls again then medicated all of the foster kittens and kojak. After that i made home cooked cat food for the kitties and my food processor my mom gave me broke (actually, it wouldn't even turn on!) so i tried to mix it all in the blender- uhhh talk about a mess!!!! Needless to say after i fixed all their food i had a ton of dishes to do- so i did those. I just got done with the dishes a minute ago so now i'm watching some tv and resting a bit

We ate out at my favorite Mexican restaurant tonight. Yum.

I worked on a graphic image until really late last night...ie: 4am. Went and got my hair cut this morning and bought a new watch battery. Got home about 1pm and was so tired that I went and had a nap around 2pm. Read for a couple of hours and then slept. Woke up at 8pm and am still yawning. Haven't even had dinner yet. Might just have a salad and go back to bed.

hmm, bank, food shopping. came home did some work around the yard.
cleaned the computer room, tore off to 2 toenails, and took a nap

Grocery shopping was the only thing on the agenda today.

The girls let me sleep in till almost 7 am. I returned a call to the manager of Interventional Radiology/Cardiac Cath Lab and accepted a position that I had applied for and was offered. I called my BFF in Lansing and made plans to get together for the antique festival in a couple of weeks. Worked in the garden for about an hour...till I got too cold and had to come inside. Watched the RedWings beat the socks off San Jose!!!! YEAH!!! Read a book, did some laundry and now I'm relaxing on TCS, drinking a glass of wine with a kitty making biscuits on my tummy and thinking about hitting the sheets. A pretty good day, if I do say so!

This morning we got our haircut, then we picked up the fruit, sandwich and veggie plate for our DERBY DAY PARTY this afternoon. Did some last minute cleaning and watch the races leading up to the DERBY until Four-thirty, when the guests came and we turned to NBC which showed The DERBY. We all made bets, but none of us picked Street Sense! Rest of the night I just watched TV including a special on Barbaro.

We had a busy day. First I got up at 9 am Then we spent an hour in Walmart buying paint supplies. We cleaned the walls in my old bedroom and found out we missed a few areas when we spackled last night. Then Mom reminded us she wants a ceiling fan & there are no wires in the ceiling so we put a stop to priming today. Mom and I cleaned out Nana's old dressers, linen closet & half of the basement closet. Oh we also threw away 6 boxes of records. I am in dire need of a shower and a back massage.

I get to do this all over again on Monday

Nothing really.. mostly played Super Nintendo with my mom and we walked to go rent a movie.

I went to the park around 12 pm for my usual walk. It was so HOT that I almost had a heat stroke. I did my one hour, but I almost didn't make it to the car. Today they had the Air & Sea show in Ft. Lauderdale so I saw the black hawk helicopters and the fighter jets passing by. At night I went to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (same place where Anna Nicole Smith died) and did a little bit of gambling. We then went to eat at the Tequila Ranch restaurant to celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
