So I finally made the trip (100 miles round trip) to the nearest specialty pet store. Its the only one of 2 within a 50 mile radius of here that sales things like Eagle Pack and wellness and such. At any rate is Eagle Pack a pretty good wet food? I was overwhelmed by the choices and that was the one I choice. I got these varieties I got was duck and oatmeal, chicken and lamb, turkey and barley. Are those pretty good? I also bought a bag of T.O Serengeti. And a bunch of toys. He loves the crinkle balls I bought him.

At any rate is the Eagle Pack I bought good?

I think the EP is good food. I have trouble getting my whole crew to get excited about it, though. Leopold and Paisley like the 3 flavors you listed. As a group they'll eat the duck and oatmeal with more enthusiasm.

Thanks guys I will let ya'll know if the T.O is a hit or not. I was undecided between the T.O and Orijen. But I girl (employee) stop and talked with me she said she had tried both with her cat. And T.O was the winner and that was what she was currently still feeding so I figure I would give it a try.

I feed Eagle Pack and like the ingredients.
It hasn't been recalled yet, although it is made by Menu.

My girls love that food a lot, every flavor except Oceanfish and Tuna.

I hope your kitties like it too! I think it was a very good choice!

Ok just a bit ago I gave him 1 1/2 tsp of the duck and oatmeal. He did not seem over joyed with it. He ate a few bites walked away for a few minutes than came back and ate the rest.

If in 2 weeks he still seems unhappy with the food should I try a different brand. They had Innova (reg) and Evo canned. And I had a hard time deciding which to get the Innova or Eagle Pack.

To be honest, i wouldn't trust Eagle as it's affiliated with Menu. Serengeti is supposed to be good stuff though.

Honestly I had no idea they were affiliated with Menu. If I had known I would not have gotten it. Unfortunately the store id an hour away and I can not afford to drive back and exchange it. Sigh this recall is making things to hard. Looks like I maybe getting something different yet again on payday.

I am not sure what is not associated with Menu at this point.
I keep feeding things because the brands are good and have not been recalled yet.

Innova (red can) and EVO, I also feed to my girls.
Along with California Natural wet, PetGuard and Felidae.

I try to have lots of flavors in the rotation so they don't snub them, and that still fails.

I don't understand how they eat the same dry food and never get sick of it, and you offer so many wet flavors and they get sick of them very quickly.

I don't think there's anything that's not vulnerable at this point. My cats prefer the 6 grain free wet wellness flavors, and the wet EVO. I'm comfortable with those.

I looked at Wellness but 2 things kept me from buying it. 1 they are affiliated with Menu. and 2. last time I gave Ping some of the Wellness dry it made him lose fur around his ears.
