is this possible ? i let her out for 5 mins in the living room to have a break from her kittens , and shes rolling around crying like she was before she had the spay. my ex stray called tom was trying it on with her again so shes been put back in the bedroom. the only cat iv had go into heat was a 5 month old kitten who once spayed showed no signs atall of still being in heat?

It will take a couple of days for all the hormones to leave her body. That's why she still smells so lovely to the boys.

ok i know i over worry , but so far she has had 2 bad lots of dirreah. i know her stomach may be a bit iffy, but again just checking as mine was more hard stools after having a spay.

It could be a reaction to the anaesthetic. Can you ring the vet and ask if it's a usual side-effect?

i can ring the emergancy vets ? its nearly 11 pm here at the moment. shes fine other wise , but i worry.

I would ring the emergency vet if it continues, because she's just had abdominal surgery and you don't want her getting dehydrated.

they have told me to keep an eye on her , make sure she is drinking enough fluids. they said sometimes they can get a small amount of an upset tummy after a spay. if it gets worse or is still the same by tomorrow , then i am to take her back to the vets , just so they can check to make sure all is fine.

Good advice. I hope her tummy settles down.
