THE BEST customer service person ever!

I just had the best conversation with a complete stranger!

I called US Airways just now to confirm my round trip to NC on May 24-25 and the return flight confirmation for Penny to ride home in the cabin with me. Of course, Travelocity, as it turns out, did NOT secure a cabin reservation for Penny as they said they had - I'm accustomed to people NOT doing what they say they have, hence my calling 3 weeks in advance to confirm everything.

This customer service rep was funny and nice and has two spayed females littermates that are about 4 years old, and I told her about Ginger and Ferris, and of course, Penny (since that's why I was calling) and she asked me where I'd heard about such a great deal for a Bengal and I told her about TCS and gave her the web address, LOL!!!

She is going to come here to look for kitty pictures, LOL!!! I hope she likes what she sees and joins us here.

What a refreshing change of pace to speak to a customer service person who was so NICE!!!

I guess it's 'cause she's a cat lady, and we KNOW we rock.

Of course it's because she's a cat lady. How smart of you to confirm your plans so you weren't left with no arrangements for Penny. Let's hope she decides to check out TCS.

Actual nice customer service reps are few and far between, so congrats on finding one! Its a good thing you decided to call and veryify the arrangements.

That is great (that she may join and you had such a helpful customer service person alot of them are no help at all - at least all the ones I spoke to today)

USAir has taken alot of hits in Customer Service lately, so they are stepping up to plate.

I still wish you had more time for NC, Betsy.
