The other day I was taking my son to daycare and I saw the most gorgeous cat inside of a dog house. It was a tom cat, very big, and he was a marbled tabby (with white) and he had blue eyes!

Ive never seen a tabby with blue eyes except for the picture someone posted a while back about the tabby and white who had a white face marking and blue eyes. This boy had absolutely no white markings near his face, only white feet.

How common is it for a tabby to have blue eyes? I wish I couldve gotten a picture of him, but as soon as I got out the car, he ran!

Very unusual unless its a pointed tabby. I do know the Japanese Bobtail cats tend to have unusual color combos with coat/eye color. Saw several odd eye tabbies, calico and a blue-eyed red tabby in some cat books.

And I owned a black/white bicolor with odd-eyes.
