Moth breaks our prize lamp!

Last night I cracked open the door going out to the patio, placing a heavy doorstop in front so the cats could not get out, of course. DW and I were sitting on the couch watching TV. Persi was draped around DW's shoulders as usual, on the back of the couch. Suddenly a moth flew in through the crack in the door and straight into Persi's face. He jumped straight up into the air with all four feet and literally flew into the lamp on DW's side of the couch. This lamp was not a cheap lamp and DW is still mad at Persi! I keep telling here she needs to be mad at the moth! Even though this is gonna cost me, I keep laughing over the sight of Persi flying off of the back of that couch into the lamp!

I guess I won't be laughing when I pay for a new lamp, though.

I had a similar experience a few weeks ago..Dogs chase cats, cats jump on end table knocks off a lamp and it shattered...although this one was not too expensive the problem is it is a matching lamp..and now I can't find another one like it..I guess I will have to just go with something that looks similar...

Too bad all those points won't add to your real bank account!

It is a moth conspiracy - they are trying to get all the cats in trouble as cats chase/eat them. Makes sense to me.
