This morning I found many clumps of fur on the floor from my baby Tinker. She is almost 15 yrs old. She has hyperthyroidism which she has daily meds. She also show slightly elevated kidney blood tests and we are giving her fluids sug-Q 200cc every other day. She semms fine, eating well, active and as fisty as ever. Any ideas?

Just switched over to Friskies dry food because of the food scare and Fancy Feast wet food

Friskies and Fancy Feast are quite low quality foods. Perhaps think about feeding her Science Diet, Innova, California Natural, Felidae, or Wellness.

Hair loss can be associated with hypothyroidism, so it might be a good idea to take her back to the vet to test her levels and make sure she is getting the right amount of meds.

Last complete checkup was in March. We go in every 3months. She was on Science diet until the vet said to use a Purina product Is Purina Cat Chow better?
