I know that a lot of you were following PSJAuntie's threads about her premie nephew, Mason. I am sad to let you know that Mason passed away yesterday. Please keep PSJAuntie and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

I thought things were better too. I think he just got to come home this week.

This is one of the most difficult posts I've ever had to do but what I know so far is that Mason had come home on Monday everything was ok. He went in on Tuesday for an ultrasound on his tummy as they thought he might have gallbladder problems. I don't know what the ultrasound showed, but it must have been ok as they sent him back home. Yesterday his mommy was feeding him and he went limp. Mason's dad tried CPR as did my sister (Grandma) but they couldn't get him to breathe. The paramedics came and shocked his little heart, got a little blip, rushed him to hospital but he passed on the way to the hospital. The doctors are going to perform an autopsy to try to determine cause of death. My entire family is in shock. As soon as I get any info I will let you know. I appreciate all your thoughts and prayers.

Just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your warm thoughts. Mason was cremated and they had a small ceromony yesterday. Still no word on what went wrong. Thanks again
