Sims 2 players

Okay I want to get the sims 2 pet edition game but I don't know if it will be compatible with my new computer which is a windows vista does anyone here know if it works on the newest windows.

I don't think it will work on Vista...at least it's not guaranteed...this is what I found::

This game was created before Windows Vista was released. Unfortunately Electronic Arts cannot guarantee compatibility with Windows Vista for all games.

I don't have pets or vista. Some people are having issues with vista. I know an excellent Sims forum if you need more help. PM me and I will send you the link.

Ok So I'm not much help but I just wanted to tell you that I have Sims Pets for our Playstation2 and it's so much fun! I hope you get it all worked out, because you'll like this game!

Did you decide yet?
I am anxious cause I wanna know what it's like. I haven't played in awhile. Seasons is really cool but I am sure it's better with pets.

I have all the expansions and all the stuff packs, and everything work fine on my new toy- a laptop with Vista. I would never have got Vista if it didn't work- I'm addicted!
