Who Actually Makes Their Own Dry Foods?

All the talk about who makes who's canned products has me thinking, which companies actually manufacture their own dry foods and not contract them out as well?

I know these companies make their own

Nutro

Purina

orijen aka; champion foods

Fromms

On my bags of California Naturals and Canidae, wellness it only says made in the USA so i am unclear whether they contract their dry foods out?

According to www.thepetfoodlist.com :

OKAY this is in a thread somewhere already .. but ....

90% of dry food is made by the maker on the bag

The only companies found not too so Far are SOLID Gold and Natural Balence


Canidea is made in the Merrick plant I beleive

Yes, I was just clarifying your statement that they didn't make their own food and probably adding to the confusion
