How can you tell if your cat has a URI?

I am fostering 8 week old kittens, and they were given an internasal vaccine 2 weeks ago.

Tonite I noticed that one of them is wheezing a litte, and was sneezing some. He had a tiny bit of greenish discharge from nose. But the thing that is confusing me is, he is eating, and running around and playing. Not sleeping more then normal either.

Is this something that can be watched to see if it worsens? Or should I take himt o the vet tomorow?

The green discharge indicates an infection. I have 2 persians that constantly get URI's and the green always means a vet visit. Good luck!
