Cat pee made me happy!!!!

At the clinic we have this beautiful cat, a total love sponge. We were having probs getting a urinary specimen from him. I hugged him, petted him. When his "dad" came to see him I took him to his baby to say hi.
Finally. Just when we are ready to leave and go home....he pees! A lake. Smelly, oily cat pee.
& I was happy becouse we finally had a good specimen, the kitty will hopefully get better and the dad won't be spending a fortune.
Had he done it ten/fifteen minutes earlier it would have been more timely.
But even then. Finallllly. CAT PEE!

You've come to the right place. We often celebrate pee and poop - there is even a poop dance somewhere. So glad the little guy came through for you.

P.S. Much can sympathize. She has been stuck at the vet a day while we waited for her to give a sample.

You hug and pet and love all the clients that didn't descend from simians that come through the door. Do the best to reassure them and take care of them.
& of course you are super nice to their "parents" too.
& finally the best part is getting a good outcome.
