Anyone here have a player piano?

Just curious--and also would like some idea of how much it costs to get routine maintenance on it. My Mom-in-law gave me her 1926 piano a few months ago. I know it must need tuning/whatever they do! I love "playing" it--it works up a sweat, and it's the only exercise I get nowadays!

Also, I'd like to find a roll that has the Marine Corps hymn ("Halls of Montezuma") as a surprise for hubby (he's a Marine). Can't find any of this title on eBay--any ideas where I could get one? It doesn't have to be antique/old, just playable.
