My cat just gave birth friday afternoon, she was doing well. Yesterday she started acting weird and trying to move the babies into my sons room(bad idea) So i put the box in my daughters room whom is older to see if she will leave them in there. But a weird thing is I saw her stomache moving again last night liek when she was in labor. Is there a possiblity she is still pregnant? I saw her licking herself like when she was in labor. I have heard they can have different fathers but can they give birth different days?

sometimes there can be a 24 hour delay , but if atall you think she still has another kitten in there she needs to see a vet asap , please dont just ingore it and think this is normal speak to a vet NOW.
let us know what happens please.

I hope all is well with you cat and either things settled or you managed to get her to a vet. Having a retained baby can be very dangerous for her so I would advise you that if you are at all uncertain that she gave birth to all her babies I would call your vet as soon as you can to have her checked over.

Moving the kittens and licking her anal area aren't signs that she may have another kitten. The uterus contracts to shrink down after the birth, so that's maybe what you saw. Keep an eye on her - look for lethargy, a smelly discharge from her vagina and fever. These are the signs that she may have an uterine infection or a retained kitten.
