Help!!!!!

I am having MAJOR problems here.
I can't see the PL and I am a paying member.I could see it last night and earlier today, but not now.I have 37 PMs and it says that my inbox is 93% full.What in the heck is going on?
This is the message that I got a bit ago while trying to PM a Mod and to post

Software isn't perfect, but this has been corrected.
