For some reason I cant log out! I haven`t bothered for a while but thought people may think I have a serious addiction if they see me logged on ALL the time

Then I noticed I can`t get any of the links to work. When I click they just go yellow. They worked fine a few hours ago.

HELP! I`m being held captive on TCS!

I`m just gonna go anyway. It`s past bedtime here.


Aargh! Just went back to check my e-mails and clicked on link for a thread I had replied to and that won`t work either. Said `Error on page`. Is it me or the site?

Defo going to bed now.
Back tomorrow!

It's most likely your browser settings. If you allow your browser to remember your username and password, you will automatically be logged in whenever you visit the forums. There's no harm in that unless someone else uses the computer while you are away. Try clearing your browser cache, cookies and/or temporary files.

I forgot I did that! New computer. Thats my excuse and I`m sticking to it!
How do I clear the cache? I`m on Vista if that makes any difference, I don`t know.

Try the "help" function for your browser to find out how to clear the cache. I alternate between four browsers, and each one is different.
