No room for mom on the couch - what can a person do?

This is what I have to put up with every single day. My 4-leggeds climb up on the couch and curl up in cute little bundles of fur, leaving me (sometimes) with enough space to plant my behind. I can't even stretch out to offer more lap time sometimes! What's a person to do?

Here are Spanky, Muddy and Sam (dog). Spanky and Muddy have just started to snuggle with other on a regular basis. They are so cute together!!

I have resorted to that more than once. You'd think that with a large sofa, a love seat and an oversized chair that I could get some butt room someplace.

Very cute and sweet! I really want to get a loveseat so I can cuddle with these two, but like you, I would probably find myself with only floor space
