Pumpkin, the feral kitty I took in on Feb 19, 2007 has finally come out from her hiding place under my bed. I bought the Feliway defuser as many of you recommended and it's working great. I'm able to pet her and scratch her head. She loves the attention. What a change!!!!! But........I'm still concerned because she has not yet accepted my other two kitties (both are neutered males). She won't come out when they're in the room. She's really afraid of them and hisses whenever they look at her in her hiding place under the bed. I would sincerely appreciate any advise you can offer. Thank you all again,
Donna

way to go on at least getting her to like you
it could take a long while for her to get used to your other kitties, I've had a semi-feral for almost a year and she still does not interact AT ALL with my other cats, but that's just her way, so
just be patient, perhaps put a dab of vanilla on everyone's chins I think it is? that makes them all smell the same so Pumpkin hopefully won't be quite as freaked out. good luck!
