There are two more spots left!

So far, StarryEyedTiger, chromodactyl, Wesley'sMom, Dixie_Darlin, alice_curiouser, pipersjo, minxie, lakeriedog, babyharley, Bonnie1965, Crazyforinfo, Proudkittiemom, twstychik, adymarie, TiffanyL, and Kluchetta have completed their entries and recieved their prizes.

Once I have twenty responses, I'll announce how the winner is decided and also post both the game (for those not playing!) and you guys can talk all you want about it.

There isn't a next bit but I would be more than happy to do another game like that one. Don't think I could give out points again though

The game is now over, I have 20 complete responses. If you turned one in and haven't gotten your prize let me know ASAP! It is just because I was at one point getting like one a minute and I am not that cool!

Anyway, for the curious who didn't play, here is the quiz:

Part A.

What would you call the baby or young of the following animals?

For example:
*. Lion ___Cub_____

1. Duck ___________
2. Kangaroo ___________
3. Bear ___________
4. Horse ___________
5. Goose ___________
6. Wasp ___________
7. Cod ___________
8. Bird ___________
9. Pig ___________
10. Sheep ___________

Part B.

You and a friend are making up your own language just for fun, using a lot of bits and pieces of English. What would you say the following code words mean?

1. Tabongraft:
2. Milcast:
3. Stoatling:
4. Frehig:

I will post a compiled list of answers tonight and also choose the winner!
Also, feel free to discuss all you want!

Your answers, btw were freaking hilarious.

and a baby cod? I played for fun, and my answer was "baby cod"

I know Julie had to be roaring over a few of my answers for the made up words.

Oh and I think I put chic for baby bird but i call it a baby birdie!!

A baby cod is a codling.
I think a baby wasp is a larva but I'm not sure about that one.

I think I put "fishie" for baby cod. I didn't think it would be fair to look it up. I put "fledgeling" for baby bird.

I put fry for baby cod....I thought all baby fish were fry!! I put Chick for bird....and larva for baby wasp, but I wasn't at all sure if it was right. Looking up the answers would have spoiled the fun!!

So I am horrible, I got my new computer yesterday and I was up til three trying to figure everything out.
And I neglected my duties as game runner

But, our generous donor ( ) has decided that the eleventh person who turned in their answers is the winner... and that is ProudKittieMom dundundunduuuun!

And yes, I never expected all of your answers to be soooo funny!

Here are some of my favorites (I wanted to post them all but they're not on this computer ) for Part B:
Frehig: A kind of troll native to Sweden
Milcast: A type of foggy lighting effect
Tabongraft: diet-cola induced crime
Frehig: Something a cat would hack up on my living room floor
Milcast: a Papier mache of a cow's udder

and lots of you said that Frehig was a new word for the f-word, and tabongraft has something to do with the military.

So cool! Anyway, there weren't any right answers! Actually, some of the ones in part A there is no separate name for the baby. The game is about being creative with words!

I should be doing another something similar by popular demand, any requests? At the weekend, perhaps.

Incidentally, codling was what a lot of you said, but I hadn't heard anyone actually use it before either. It was a hypothetical word to me
