i think fluffy has gone in to first stages of labour she still has 2 weeks to go , shes panting a lot breathing fast crying at me desprate to get out of the bedroom , theres no way we have the dates wrong as 1 i have only just felt them move as from y/day 2 she has no milk atall and 3 the vets this morning said she still had about 2 weeks to go , everything was fine at the vets this morning when i took her up there , surly they would have know if labour was soon?? im praying that this stops itself, the vets have told me to keep an eye on her , if she does have them theres not much hope of the kittens surving , and im to bring her in to make sure she has cleared everything out.
i have seen kittens born stillborn and deformed i never want to see that again. so if ever i have need vibes i need them more then ever for fluffy to make sure she stays safe.

Don't Panic yet!

Cally did not have no milk either,They bag dropped after her giving birth.

before Cally even had kittens she produced milk and was feeding her sisters kittens,They were nine months old,But the point is she still produced milk.

Also there is a supplement you can get also until she drops her milk bags.

Hope all is well!

I hope everything is ok.

When you saw the vet with her this morning did he have a good feel of her tummy? The only reason I ask is that when boo had about 3 weeks to go I took her to the vets and when we got home I started to panic as she was showing some of the signs as fluffy is now. She was panting, calling for me and just didnt look right at all. I rang the vet back and he explained that it could just be because he had a good feel of her and it can sometimes stimulate some very mild contractions of her womb. Much like us, after having seen the midwife while pregnant I would get cramps similar to mild contractions.
She calmed after a couple of hours and carried the babies to term.

I hope she has settled for you or is settling now. Loads of good luck coming your way.

It is so nerve racking when our babies go into labor.

I did not see Cally deliver my daughter was with her and she has every kitten on Rebecca's Lap.

Last batch i was here for i had to leave the room it was too intense,

I would of left my own births if i could lol

That so made me chuckle.

I remember saying to hubby only minutes away from delivering our daughter that I had changed my mind and I wanted to go home....No such luck!

Has her mucas plug broke?

That is the sign i have always gone by.

My Cally panted a week and a half before giving birth.

I find they play games,I thought Cally was going to have them 2 weeks before she did.

But the 16th her mucas plug broke,Then the 17th around 9:30 am i think was when her water broke,It was not until 8pm she started pushing.

I hope all is well,Your both in my thoughts.

Ok,You say she is wet.

It is sometimes hard too see the actual Mucas,Some cats clean it up quickly,But Cally was i guess on the Lazy side.

But it looked like Cally had a bath almost but only in her back end off course.
