Just curious as to what your least favorite vegetable is?

I can't stand lima beans and I'm not too big on aspragus or brussel sprouts. I don't do onions very well either. Some of the stuff that I wouldn't eat as a kid are my favorites as an adult- broccoli, cauliflower, cukes and peas.

Well, it depends on how many of them are cooked. Example, I only like homemade fresh green beans.

But I'd have to say beets, they're rather gross.

I forgot about beets...yuk! I don't really like sweet potatoes either but it depends on how they are prepared.

Raw carrots or celery. If I eat celery raw (like in potato salad or something) it has to be chopped into teeny tiny peices. I am fine with them cooked though.

I love all veggies. However, if I have to pick 1 that I'm least fond of, then it would be "eggplant". I will eat it, but it's not something I have as a regular part of my diet.

Brussel sprouts, hands down.

When I was a little kid, my parents and grandparents would always make brussel sprouts with fancy dinners because my grandad loved them, but my sister and I (and the other grandkids) didn't have to eat them if our nana was around because she hated them (which was why Grandad got to have them at special occasions: his wife rarely cooked them otherwise!). Since Nana passed away, we always joke that we get a "free pass" not to eat brussel sprouts because that's what she would have wanted.
