I picked up some Brewer's Yeast & Garlic tablets today. They are a natural flea repellent and strengthen your cats immune system. They say that your cat will smell a little like garlic
(it comes through their skin, that's why it's a natural flea repellent) in the first few weeks. I was just wondering if anyone here has tried them or currently has their cat on them. Thanks.

You want to be careful and NOT give your kitty any garlic. You can really do some harm if you give to much of it. It can cause a blood disease type of anemia that is really hard to treat.

Garlic is okay for dogs as long as it is in moderation. The problem with cat owners feeding garlic is they just don't know how much garlic the system can take and sometimes bad things result because of it.

These tablets are perfectly safe for cats. You give your cat the tablet twice daily.
I would never give my cat something that could lead to a disease!
These tablets have a tiny amount of garlic powder. They also have dried brewer's yeast, dessicated liver, artificial flavor, thiamine, hydrochloride and silicon dioxide. They have all the minerals and vitamins my cat needs. They have 40% Protein, 36% Fat, 5% Fiber, 8% Moisture and 10% Ash. I am going to keep my kitten on these pills since the vets says it's perfectly safe for Herky to eat them everday, twice a day!
