They do exist -- but I sure wouldn't use one. If it catches on something, it rips your ear to shreds!

The only ones I have seen is my mom's real diamond earrings. I'm sure you could find them somewhere though!

Is it a post type earring? You might try the little rubber thingies that some people use with hook type ear wires. The rubber might grip better than metal earring back.

Oh, oh! I kept losing mine which were high quality diamond. DW installed something on my ear to keep this from happening again. Now you have me worried!
