Castor & Pollux Kitten and Indoor Formulas
Not sure anyone else uses it, I fed mine the Castor & Pollux kitten. I held off mentioning anything because I wanted the supplier information first.

For the Mars Oklahoma plant their rice protein concentrate venders are;
Binzhou Shun Feng Fan - China
Meluni America Inc - Farmington Hills, MI
Remy Industries - Belgium

The FDA has demanded samples from all lots containing RPC be sent to them.

I'll update if I can get news of them finding anything.

"The Rice Protein Concentrate used in our Natural Ultramix Puppy Formula, Natural Ultramix Kitten Formula, Natural Ultramix Weight Management Formula and Natural Ultramix Indoor Feline Formula does not come from the source associated with the recalls and has already been tested to ensure there is no trace of melamine and there is not."

Odd, the local plant has not received test results back from the FDA yet. Maybe this is concerning tests from another plant?

Because nothing in life ever is.
I have no idea how many plants there are all over the US, and when you consider dry plants can put out 7-8 HUNDRED tons on a good day, thats a lot of food to keep up with.

Even though the site says it's safe... if this plant is currently using the Chinese vender..
