If I were to try and feel how many were in there... how do i go about it? where do i start? and how do you tell?? I have this huge fear that she is going to give birth but one will be stuck in there and I wont know it.

we dont really advise you go poking around unless you know what your doing.
to be honest without a vet check there isnt no sure way of knowning how many she will have . the vet can give you a rough idea , but when she does have them and you think there might still be one there just phone your vets they will check on her . good luck and i hope she has a safe delivery.

I agree with what Tasha told you. An x-ray or ultrasound at the vet's office will give you the best idea of how many are in there, but even that isn't always completely accurate.
