He doesn't have a name yet, but he sure is sweet!

I kinda went crazy with the camera...I just couldn't stop taking pictures! (I've never had a kitten before)

Thanks!

He's almost 8 weeks. I didn't want to get one that young, but he looked so sad and lonely in his little cage. For the first 40 minutes or so when I brought him home he had fun exploring my condo, running and jumping around. (Not surprising since he probably hasn't been able to do that in a long time, if ever).

No name yet, still working on that.

He looks like he's really made himself at home there
Yeah, I was suprised at how fast he adjusted. I'm using the spare bathroom as "his" room, with the litter box, food dishes, and his bed. He seemed to figure out that it was his room at once, and will go take a nap when he's tired. He's had no problems using the litter box too, (which I am very happy about) I was concerned that this would be difficult, as I bought silica litter which has a quite different look and texture than his old box.

I'm also suprised at how attached he seems to be to my boyfriend and I. He follows me around when he wants attention, and if I don't give it to him, he'll crawl up my pant leg and gives me this look like, "Hey, can we play now?"

AWww! What a doll! Was he the last of a litter there? That's sort of how we ended up with both Mooch and Noodles. We heard they had 2 other siblings who were already adopted. We couldn't just leave one there all alone! I don't think I could have ever picked between them either!!!

Yeah, he was the last. (I don't know why, I think he's beautiful!) One of his littermates was still in the cage with him, but he was already sold and just waiting to get picked up. It was a pretty heartbreaking trip, all the animals without homes stuck in tiny cages all day. The workers didn't even want visitors to hold/play with any until they were comitted to adopting them (weird), so I think that the only time they got held was breifly as their cages were cleaned. That's why I'm so suprised that he's so cuddly.
