Stop me before I do something stupid!

Epona has gone out drinking with her ex-work collegues and left me at home- alone and depressed
I'm too tired from work to cook something or to go to the local pizza place

Just found a Haagen Dazs 'Pralines and Cream' tub of ice-cream and I'm already a third of the way through

Stop me before I'm sick

You must be kidding- if she had ice-cream on top of that beer she'd be ill

I'm really doing her a favour

I'm sorry - I can't see where your problem lies. When I have Haagen Daas I generally have at least half the tub at a time and often have the whole thing per sitting. There was a time a couple years ago that I was eating a full tub of Laura Secord ice cream per evening. It finally got too expensive so I had to cut back. At the time I weighed 104 lbs soaking wet and never gained an ounce. I'm sure I would definitely gain weight now so I only have half a tub about once or twice a week.

You might as well finish it. You've already done the damage if you're more than half way through with it. Finish it and enjoy it, because either way you're going to suffer.

That is exactly why I don't have any ice cream in the house. I have absolutely NO self control!

'Tis done- I feel a bit odd (hyperglaecema?) but no stomachache... so far

Might buy some more- the pralines were a touch too sweet but it went down well

Yummy that is my favorite flavor of ice cream, and I have to stop myself at times (as if) because I can put one tub down in a sitting too.
