i need to vent...real upset and mad!

Ok so I am trying to set up a schedule for my senior project well a day, so I email the teacher for it a day, well she emails me last night a different time, so I email her back today whenever I got home and well my mom is already having to push back work and I cant go any earlier and well now she said the time that she gave me is already taken when she emailed me asking if that would be great and i responded saying it was completely fine! Then I get the email that says someone else took both slots for that time and can we move it earlier to 11 which i cant. I told her in the first email about it that i need an afternoon time because my mom works and thats my way and we would need a thursday and it seems as if what i told her isnt good enough and she keeps making it earlier and earlier each time! It was bad enough when I had told my mom that it was going to be 11:30, and how she emailed me about it saying that time and my mom had to rearrange her schedule which she cant call off work that day because WE NEED the money because her surgery is 2 weeks after that, and i told her the situation but it just doenst seem to be working out! So now I have no idea on what to do I am just so upset about this becausee it was like she didnt give me time to email her back! So now I dont know what to do at all

call her in the morning, and tell her Why you cant make that time. is what i would do,

Get someone else to take,
take a taxi?
ride a bike
Pittsburgh is kinda far from me to come and take you. lol

well my mom just woke up and she said email her back and we will figure something out, i just feel so bad because my moms gonna have to get up supper early now to get around this! And i think her going in for surgery has finally hit me! But taxis arent that common in the part of pittsburgh were i live and riding a bike is a little far so now i have meailed her an hour after she emailed me and if for some reason this date and time is unavailable in that hour time frame i think imma loose it its just soo fustrating and everything! it just blows my mind that she emails me with a time and i email her back she emails me back at 1 am telling me its not available

i think if you call the teacher and just tell look this is the issue,
i would bet something can be worked out.

see but I told her that before i even made a date and then it went from 1 pm to 11:30 am and i re explained the situation and issue then and well I just gave up, but if she does end up saying 11 isnt gonna work out then imma have my mom call, she can be a lot more calmer than me, ecs with all the stress i am under because of this project already ! I also have to listen to these "centra" i cant attend them and i explained im going to work with my mom to help her get ahead because of when she gets operated on and we need the money since she will be off for 6 weeks!
