Anybody like a good mystery?

How about this mystery? Can you solve it?

There is a large chocolate(we shall call her poop colored) dog on a tie out. She has a pretty pink striped clip collar with rabies tag, ID tag, & bell on it. Suddenly, she walks past the window where the pretty girl is at the computer surfing TCS(I just had to throw that in there! ). She is nekkid.

How did she get off the tie out? Where is her collar?

The dog still has her collar on and is being walked past the window because the guy who owns the poop colored dog wants to see the nekkid girl at the computer.

Am I right?

Phew, as to the mystery...my guess is that the collar was loose and she slipped it off, and it is attached to her lead where she was tied.

Maybe I should've clarified...the doggie is nekkid...not the girl!

I found her collar. The clasp is shattered into a million pieces. The tags & the bell are spread all over. I'm not sure I want to know how she pulled that off.
