Thank you, all of you.

I have no news good or bad as of yet, but was told that his wife has his login info for that other forum and that he did ask her to post should the worst occur.

The not knowing is really tough - and he is absolutely a real person, and has become my friend, and this is just really tough for me.

I thank you all for the kind words and for keeping him and his family in your prayers. His little ones are all under age 12.

I'll keep you posted should I hear anything either way.

Thats so sad.
That poor family.

I totally believe in that saying "lifes too short"! Because it truly truly is! I didnt used to think like that, but since losing my dad, trust me~life is too short!

I love all my friends here at TCS like my family. I know some people may think thats weird or something, but owell. I have grown to know alot of people this last year and wouldnt trade it for anything!!

People say "it's just the internet, it's not real", but they're wrong. It wouldn't make you laugh out loud, cry silently, or curse the skies if it wasn't real. You wouldn't hope for a miracle, pray for a friend's loved one, or care that someone's car "dun broked down" if it wasn't real.
Well said, Neet.

Prayers for Brian and his family, for a miracle -- doctors have been known to call it wrong
-- and for you and the rest of that community, Betsy, as you wait for news of your friend.

My thoughts are with your friend Brian and his family... may it turn out that his heart can be repaired, or that a transplant can be done in time.

Got some news...he did not have surgery yesterday, they want him to become more stable first and have scheduled it for Friday instead.

So that's NOT bad news, and gives me hope, actually.

He has a lot of people pulling for him, and the more the merrier. All he can think about right now is what happened at VA Tech, trying not to think of his own troubles. He is really a nice, nice person.

Thank you guys again, I appreciate you all.

what sad news
i will keep him and his family in my prayers. sometimes doctors are wrong-
sometimes people make it amdist all the difficulties. perhaps he could be the exception to the rule!

The surgery is tomorrow, right? Actually today, now... I'm thinking of Brian and hoping very hard for a smooth surgery and full recovery. The way you write about him, I feel like I know him too.

Sorry i am late to this thread. I am sending lots of vibes and hugs for Brian and his family. That is too young an age to have a heart attack, i really hope he pulls through.

Thanks for the compliments :hugs. I just know how I feel about things on the web, and they are indeed real to me.

And contrary to popular belief, I DO have a
hidden away somewhere....
