What does "BTW" mean?

Wow, I feel silly! Are there any other abbreviations that you can think of? I apparently don't know anything and I am only 28!! Haha! I have seen my friends text "BTW" before, but I always forget to ask. So let's start a list of the most common abbreviations. I need it.

I just learned that "DH" means Dear Husband

I believe "IMO" is "In My Opionion"

Let's see what else is out there...

BTW is by the way... I couldn't figure out DH for the longest time, I though an awful lot of people's husbands were named DH.

LMAO - laughing my ..butt off
BRB - be right back

IDK - I don't know

I can't think of any more right now, but there are a lot of them! Don't feel embarassed, just ask when you see one you don't know

Oh, and BIL=brother-in-law and SIL=sister-in-law. I've never seen MIL or FIL but I suppose they are feasible. In addition to IMO being In My Opinion there is IMHO, my humble opinion. And OP, which seems to be either "original post" (in the thread) or "original poster" (of the thread).

Those are the ones that I remember having a hard time with!

I've always known btw but for the longest time couldn't get DH. I finally gave up and went to google and put what does DH mean?

dont worry it took me so long to figure out alot of these terms used here like dh and btw
Some one else luckily had posted what does dh mean so thats how i found out, and it took me some time but i got btw, and imo, and some others here
