Is it normal for a kitten to have pupils that do not "match"? When you look at a "normal" cats eyes the pupils are in the same position(I'm not talking dilated or not)....but Jade's pupils do not seem to be in the same position?

I noticed this twice today....but haven't had her long enough to look deeply into her eyes.
Should I be worried or is this a normal developmental thing?

i know nothing about this stuff but what you are explaining sounds like some of the pictures of some show cats i've seen.......perhaps this is just a little abnormality. is she bopping around and playing?
p.s. did she poop?

I need to post the video I took of her. Playing with her feet, blanket fringes, trying for my fingers. She did poop yesterday at her 6pm feeding as well!

You know, I've seen that on an adult cat that used to hang around our house. But as far as I noticed, she could see just fine. I've never seen it on a kitten though...

Hope that helps a bit...! (And I saw some pics of her, she's gorgeous!)

It is normal ... for MOST cats. That now being said, my little George has a "lazy" eye. He appears to most people as being "cross-eyed". And it does affect his vision.

If you are worried about it, when time comes for the kittens to receive their first vaccinations, ask your vet to assess that kitten specifically.

Funny... I've never noticed it in cats but my own eyes are like that. If I'm looking straight ahead my right eye is higher. It's hard to explain but say I'm looking at you if you look at my eyes my both will be looking back at you but the if the iris of my left eye is flush with my bottom lid the you'll actually see a little white under my right eye.
