A Breeder Lease question

Need some advice. How would you word a breeding lease for cats?

Need some help here please.

I've never done a breeding lease before, only contract for kittens or stud service (me signing for my female to be bred to someone's male). Can you give a little more info - is this a cat you own that you are leasing to another for awhile? I'll try to help you as best I can. How soon do you need this done? I have a show coming up end of the month and one of the judges is a good friend of mine; could ask her for tips.

I did a search and did find a similar lease we could use that was for a dog. It took a while but now we are good. So thanks anyway.
